Connolly Ranch is a 150 year old family-owned and operated cattle ranch nestled in the rolling foothills where San Joaquin and Alameda counties meet, overlooking the Great Central Valley and Northern Diablo Range 0f California. Our mission is simple; to sustainably manage the ranch land and cattle operation so the land’s beauty, natural resources, and open space are maintained for future generations.
2026 Beef Orders Now Open
We are excited to offer our Connolly Ranch Natural Beef again this season! We will be accepting orders for a few weeks only. Order now while supplies last.
Our Black Angus herd is 100% grass-fed and our cattle never receive any hormones, implants, antibiotics, or grain. We select the highest quality steers to be taken directly off pasture for our local beef sales. We currently offer mixed quarter-sides (~60-80 lbs) of beef, containing a mix of cuts and ground. Each cut is individually packaged, vacuum-sealed, labeled, and frozen. Place your order online and pick-up your boxed frozen beef in-person near our ranch in Tracy (in July, date TBD).
