May 2013 Update – We are now accepting orders for the 2013 Harvest of Connolly Ranch Natural Beef (CRNB).  We will have a short order period this year.  The order deadline is May 28, 2013.  The CRNB Order Form with a $250.00 deposit must be received by the May 28, 2013 deadline to hold your order.

Our beef is natural with no antibiotics, hormones or impacts. The steers have been only on open pasture, but this year because of the dry winter and less than normal rains, we have had to supplement with some alfalfa hay from the Tracy area.

We sell our natural grass fed beef in bulk half-side orders of about 100 pounds.  All orders are cut, labeled, frozen and boxed.

We have a new processor this year and are still not certain about the exact cut list; click here for a Sample Cut List but please be aware that the final cut list may vary.

We will set a single weekday in July for all customers to pick up their order in Tracy.  PLEASE BE AWARE – this will be a single day, which Connolly Ranch will set, on which everyone MUST pick up their order in Tracy and pay the balance based on the actual weight of the boxes. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate different pick-up days, as we do not have adequate freezer storage.

We only have one harvest and sale each year – our 2013 order deadline is May 28, 2013. We hope to serve you!

We process a limited amount of CRNB each year and will take orders until the order deadline or while supplies last.

2.     Pay Balance on Order at time of pick-up:

After your order is processed, we will contact you with details about the order pick-up place and date.  Pick-up will be in Tracy. We will set a single weekday in July for you to pick up your order.  On the order pick-up date you will pay the balance due based on the actual weight of your order.  Payment can be made by check at the time you pick-up your order.
